The design process focused on creating an intuitive user experience through research, user testing, interviews, interaction prototyping, user flows & low-fidelity wireframes. Research revealed a key issue among artists: during stressful periods, many struggle with inspiration and often perceive AI as a threat rather than a creative assistant.

Interviews were conducted with Graphic Design students at Berlin International University of Applied Sciences, centered around two core questions: What is your biggest challenge as a designer? and How do you view AI?

The outcome is a speculative app concept called Nuovo, designed for artists and creatives across the industry. Through competitive analysis, Nuovo distinguishes itself by offering guided, step-by-step brainstorming with AI and a calm, studio-like environment that supports creativity without overwhelm.

The primary persona is Anne, a 27-year-old freelance artist seeking a way to overcome creative blocks. Her main frustration: “I want to express my ideas clearly without being limited by a lack of inspiration.”
